Q. What’s NOT included in my Getaway package?
A:
· A la carte meals or any additional meals other than those specified as included in your package
· Snacks
· Drinks – alcohol or other drinks ordered anytime except for coffee and tea included with meals
· Spa services
· Purchases at gift shop
· Personal items
· Room incidentals
· Concierge services
· Parking
Q. What about tipping?
A. A service charge is included in the rate you paid. However for any additional services, meals, or drinks, it is appropriate to leave a tip.
Q. What time is check out on Sunday?
A. Check-out time is 12:00 PM Noon. PLEASE NOTE: If you check out later, the hotel may charge you (personally) a late check out fee. If you plan to check out late discuss this in advance with the front desk.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. As a guideline most ladies wear comfortable, casual clothing during the day and chang to casual-dressy attire for dinner.
Q. Do I have to attend any session(s) or participate in any activity?
A. Absolutely not, you choose if you wish to attend any session or activity.
However, any meals, sessions or activities you miss cannot and will not be made up or compensated for in any way. We will provide an itinerary when you check-in.
Q. Do you need a car while at Four Points By Sheraton?
A. We will have a limo service for a specific Toronto and Brantford location.
Q. If I am unable to attend after having paid can I get a refund?
A. If you cancel 61 days before the event you can get a refund of 50%. For cancellations received AFTER 45 days before the event there is absolutely NO REFUND.

Double: $ 248 pp inclusive of taxes
