The Ottawa Public Library can help you learn English, prepare for driver’s test, citizenship test, find information about education, family issues, housing and other settlement services. Library Settlement Workers (LSWs) are available to assist you at the following OPL branches: Alta Vista, Beaverbrook, Elmvale Acres, Greenboro, Main Library, Nepean Centrepointe, North Gloucester, Ruth E.
