What Do I Need to Bring?
Any form of government issued photo identification.
Can My friend Pick Up My Prize?
Someone else can pick up your prize as long as they have a photocopy of your ID, and a note from you stating that you permit them to pick up your prize. Please make arrangements with our receptionist before doing so, at (613) 872-1077. Some conditions may apply, i.e. for trips or other large item giveaways where the winner may need to be present in order to pick it up.
When Can I Win Again?
You and the members of your household are eligible to win after 30 days for daily prizes. Prizes won that are up to $500 in value; you are eligible to win again after 6 months, and any prizes over $500, you are eligible to win again after 1 year.
How Long Do I Have to Pick Up My Prize?
Prizes are available to be picked up for up to 30 days after the prize winning date. If the winner is coming to pick up the prize and cannot make it to the radio station in the 30 day time-frame - please notify the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to 2 additional weeks. Please ensure that you always call reception to make sure your prize is available at the time you wish to pick it up.
Prizes not picked up by Noon on the day of a concert, event, certificate, etc., will become the property of the station UNLESS arrangements have been made with reception to pick up later that day.
Can You Mail My Prize To Me?
If you wish to have your prize mailed, please notify reception. Please note that certain items may need to be picked up from the station - our receptionist will advise. 107.7 The Jewel is not responsible for lost, damaged or delayed mail. Prizes cannot be exchanged.
NOTE:
• Prizes are as awarded and are non-transferable.
• If an event (concert, etc.) is cancelled, 107.7 The Jewel is not responsible for substituting a prize, or refunding any costs incurred by prize winner
